Additional Resources
====================
The following resources are provided on the CD:
1. The text of the stories as Edit files.
2. The covers of the storybooks as Sprite files.
3. A picture from each story.
4. Sample Draw files of characters for use in activities away from the
computer.
The full set of character Draw files is available from RESOURCE,
currently priced at ú15
Picture support packs ( Sprite files)are available from RESOURCE, currently
priced at ú15.
Each pack of over over 60 high quality pictures contains approximately
15 characters in different poses together with related objects.
Using some of these resources there is ample scope for children to write
their own versions of the stories, either using a word processor or pencil
and paper - or retelling orally.
They can also create short character descriptions
or little 'What if'/'What next' scenarios,
e.g. 'What if the sheep had not come home?'
or 'What will happen to the men in the tub?'
You could also use some of the 'conversations' (See above) to ask pupils
why a particular character might have that opinion e.g. why was the mouse
not sorry that Tommy Flynn had put the cat in the well?
